Engaged to manage leasing and tenant construction, AthenianRazak found itself with a prospective tenant headquarters relocating from Florida that needed to be in place in 42 calendar days. Using test-fit plans along with design team and contractor input, we developed a project budget and schedule to meet the quickly approaching deadline. A fast-tracked contract fixed General Conditions and fee and competitively bid subcontracts. Ongoing communication with all team members determined design development and construction requirements, and maintained both schedule and cost. The tenant’s build-out was completed on time and within the established budget, resulting in a high level of client and tenant satisfaction.
