George Woodward Company Philadelphia, PA

The George Woodward Company needed development advisory services and feasibility studies for a socially responsible and sustainable residential community. This included a community supported agriculture element (CSA) on an 8.7 acre site adjacent to a section of Wissahickon Park primarily used as equestrian stables and pastureland. AthenianRazak assembled and managed a team of consultants with specialized expertise in watershed and environmental issues and sustainable development, as well as market research and zoning and appraisal analysis.

This consulting assignment culminated with a report analyzing allowed uses under current zoning law both quantitatively and qualitatively. We also effectively evaluated topographic, watershed, and zoning obstacles to maximizing site yield and creating a CSA.
