Assistant Property / Project Manager

AthenianRazak LLC – Greater Philadelphia Area

AthenianRazak tackles projects from re-visioning downtown Camden to repositioning SEPTA’s Suburban Station, both of which are in progress. We’re currently seeking an assistant-level property/project manager. AthenianRazak is a Philadelphia-based real estate development and services firm that finds innovative solutions to complex real estate problems. We work with some of the region’s most successful companies, institutions, and investors and pride ourselves on out-sized results.

The Assistant Property/Project Manager who joins our team will start by handling historic. residential properties in Pennsylvania’s State Parks, and to grow with us in all directions of real estate and/or accounting. They will be someone who is enthusiastic about using their knowledge to do the best possible job, as well as excited about constantly improving, learning new skills, and using them on rapidly changing projects. Bookkeeper

AthenianRazak is seeking a part time staff or outsourced Bookkeeper to handle the companies’ and its clients’ books. AthenianRazak is a Philadelphia-based real estate development and services firm that finds innovative solutions to complex real estate problems. We work with some of the region’s most successful companies, institutions and investors and pride ourselves on out-sized results.

The Bookkeeper who joins our team will handle a variety of different books for clients, primarily in Yardi, and for the company itself, in Quickbooks Online. They will be someone who is enthusiastic about using their knowledge to do the best possible job, as well as excited about constantly improving, learning new skills, and using them on rapidly changing projects.
